We diagnose the actual water source before we quote anything — no guessing, no upsell, just a plan sized to your basement.

Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Most inspection requests get a same-day or next-day appointment, not a two-week wait.

The core fix for most Greenwood, IN basements: a perimeter drain cut into the slab edge, tied to a sump basin, that intercepts water before it reaches the floor.
Battery backup is available for any sump system, so a power outage during a storm doesn't undo the whole fix.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Greenwood, IN leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Greenwood, IN basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
A technician walks the basement with a moisture meter, checking walls, floor, and cove joints to trace the water back to its actual source.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
